- To provide guidance on the issues, objectives and levers of remote management of network members;
- Define the indicators to be monitored according to the context and the issues at stake;
- Share experience of implementing reporting tools (change management, risks and precautions to take when upgrading an existing system);
- To enable students to familiarize themselves with the basic functions of the AGT Retail solution (now Synergee).
