SAAS mode allows APIs to be duplicated and standardized. Synergee has used them to enable greater interaction with service providers.

They allow the data contained in the service providers' software to be interfaced with the data expected in Synergee.

The service provider no longer has to do any double scheduling. For example, as soon as the intervention date is scheduled in their software, it is updated in the client's Synergee environment.

Exchanges are made by:

  • Flat file via ftps
  • JSON via WEB API
  • Loading application

Synergee integrates cutting-edge document management software . It is possible to associate a document (for example, a distribution contract, a claim) with a repository (site, real estate partner, technical service provider, supplier).

So you will be able to:

  • Preview documents as thumbnails to quickly view them with the carousel
  • Identify the most important documents you want to access in one click using Quicklink

A technical contact is appointed for each client.

Support is responsible for answering questions asked by the customer, which can be of different natures:  

  • relative to the use of the solution – how do I do this?
  • relating to an observed anomaly 
  • relating to a request for improvement 
  • relating to a system operation (data restoration, mass action)

Requests are made directly online from Synergee.

In parallel with user training, the Synergee technical team will review the configuration options with the IT teams and will then write the analysis notebook which will cover functional, technical (interfaces, platforms, production, testing) and organizational (deployment mode, testing strategy) topics.

The Synergee platform servers are hosted on the Microsoft Cloud (Microsoft Azure data centers), which is an asset for accelerating the provision of the solution and ensuring great fluidity during our exchanges with our customers. 

Indeed, the power of the servers, combined with their great flexibility, allows our developers to create solutions adapted to the requirements of our different contacts.

Each year, several intrusion tests are carried out to ensure that your data is in the most secure environment possible. 

The environment is both encrypted (SSL encryption) and compatible with standard browsers on the market. 

Your data backups are stored across multiple secure physical locations to ensure a continuity plan, regardless of conditions, even in the event of a natural disaster.

No installation is required, as the software is hosted on the internet.

Included in the subscription is an average of 300 MB per point of sale. Beyond that, the pricing is as follows: €0.10 excluding VAT/month per GB

Backups are stored at two physical sites

  • Ireland (Dublin) (Production and Backups)
  • Netherlands (Backups only)

In the event of failure of the primary site, the continuity plan is ensured by the secondary site with an RTO (Recovery Time Objective) of 24 hours

On Synergee, you have two identification modes:

  • The first is to use your login and password
  • The second is to go through the SSO (Single Sign-On) configuration, or single sign-on in French, allows our customers to use their own user directories to control authentication in Synergee. This means that if a user is already authenticated in the company network, they will be automatically connected to Synergee, without having to enter additional information. You will no longer have the risk of losing or forgetting your password, and this will save you valuable time.

We set up gateways for mass imports, but we can also use data in Excel format, or finally offer you integration templates if you wish to manually integrate certain information.

Absolutely, the module that serves as the backbone is the repository module, which, as its name suggests, references all your sites. Subsequently, you can add the modules that meet your needs without having to take all 13 modules.
