Patrick Herman takes over from Bernard Perreau, who has headed the Feu Vert Group (Feu Vert, Mondial Pare-Brise, Impex) since 2009.

Its owner since February 2016, Alpha Private Equity, has just appointed a new chairman at the head of the Feu Vert Group. And it's Patrick Herman, ex-CEO of Hans Handersthe leading Dutchoptical chain (450 stores in the Netherlands and 53 in France, some of them affiliated), who takes over the position held by Bernard Perreau since 2009.

Bernard Perreau believes he has "accomplished his mission": to turn Feu Vert into a European-scale company. This success is confirmed by Olaf Kordes, Chairman of the Management Board ofAlpha Private Equity, who points out that "Bernard Perreau's qualities as a man and as a leader have put the Group in a good position to meet the challenges that lie ahead, in a sector where competition is fierce".

Patrick Herman takes the helm of a group that brings together the Feu Vert and Feu Vert Services (462 units in Europe, including 340 in France, most of them franchises), the Mondial Pare-Brise (266 in France, also largely franchised) and Impex (distribution of automotive parts and accessories), with sales in excess of 1 billion euros in 2015.
