A member of the Pacini family since 2002, Ms. Nathalie Lehoux began her career with the company as Controller and subsequently held the positions of Vice President, Finance and Corporate Affairs, before becoming, a few years later, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Finally, since July 2014, she has held the position of President.

Her duties at Pacini Restaurants have involved her in all aspects of business management: administration, operations, finance and accounting, information technology, corporate and legal affairs, as well as being heavily involved in the organization's strategic planning. Her professional experience and exceptional management skills are some of her incomparable assets to the company.

With over twenty years' experience in software publishing, Laurent Dubernais co-founded HYPERION France in 1991, the world leader in consolidation, financial reporting and budgeting software. He then headed HYPERION's R&D department in the USA, before taking over the management of PRIMAVERA Systems, also in the USA, world leader in project management software.

Returning to France in 2001, this enthusiast for new technologies took over as Executive Director of the Mid Market and Groups branch of CEGID/CCMX, the French leader in management information systems for businesses. In 2006, he joined the Polarys Group, a company specializing in consulting, design and implementation of BI projects, where he eventually held the position of Managing Director.

Since 2011, Laurent Dubernais has been Chairman of AGT, a publisher of management and decision-making solutions for franchise networks. Mr DUBERNAIS is a member of the prestigious Collège des Experts de la Fédération Française de la Franchise.
