In concrete terms, the plan is to enable employees to acquire shares in the company's capital through a new company dedicated to this purpose. Provided they have one year's seniority and undertake not to resell their shares for at least six years, group employees will be able to acquire shares in SAS Monts Fournil in December, for a minimum amount of 1,000 euros.
