140 customers representing 35,000 sites already use our solutions. We are present in Europe (France, Belgium, Netherlands) and Canada. To support our expansion in France, we are looking for a Direct Sales Business Engineer (M/F) based in the Ile de France (Colombes site).

Your role:

Reporting to the Sales Director for France and working as part of a team of 4 Business Engineers, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Learn about the possibilities, benefits and competitive advantages of the solutions developed by Synergee
- Market prospecting
- Qualification of needs
- Commercial demonstration of our business solutions
- Writing and supporting sales proposals
- Sale of solutions and associated services: modules, expertise, service, training
- High-level negotiation (CEO, CFO, Franchise Director, Real Estate Director)
- Commercial follow-up of customers and projects
- Participation in events to promote our solutions

Profile required:

Male / Female
- BAC+ 4/5 (business school, engineering or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in sales and/or business development
- Hunter rather than breeder
- Value-oriented
- Able to understand a variety of functional issues
- Curious, willing to learn and excellent interpersonal skills
- Good level of English

Knowledge of the retail market and/or the franchise sector would be a real plus.
