The 1st AGT Retail Club took place on September 18. In the opinion of all participants, this first meeting was a real success, enabling a genuine exchange between users of AGT's solution.
Julien Gourant, CFO of Midas France, gave an outstanding presentation on the feedback from the roll-out of AGT Retail, now Vision +, to 400 franchisees and 40 branches. Change management and the evolution of the role of animator were at the heart of his strategy.
Workshops were held in the afternoon, focusing on business network themes (CRM, Collaboration, Expert-comptable relations, Sales management) as well as on expected product developments. Users were able to share their experiences with our solution and their current needs with the AGT teams.
AGT offers its customers the opportunity to collaborate with its R&D department andinfluence future versions of AGT Retail. To do this, we invite you to become a member of the Club and let us know about the topics in which you would like to be involved.
