Two years after its conversion to the SAAS world, the results are clear: 80% of contracts now concern this model.

The BI specialist, dedicated to the independent retail market, clarifies its strategy and announces the appointment of its new President, Laurent Dubernais. Having previously headed up major BI players such as Hyperion and Cegid, Laurent Dubernais is now in charge of establishing the company. First projects for the new management team: creation of a sales office in Colombes (Hauts-de-Seine) to accelerate the company's commercial development, opening up of new vertical markets and reinforcement of the solutions' reputation.

For the past 15 years, AGT has been assisting major sales networks, whether franchised, cooperative or integrated, by offering a complete range of performance management tools: financial analysis, financial reporting, budget monitoring and activity analysis, operated by specialists in data centralization, consolidation and decision-making support. With some 6,000 sales outlets equipped, the publisher confirms its position as French leader in the SAAS business intelligence market, with 60% growth in orders in 2010. AGT unveils its ambitions, with a view to doubling orders by 2011, and outlines the levers for achieving this goal.

The strategy is embodied by Laurent Dubernais, a well-known Chairman of the BI market. Thanks to the initial strategic success of the 2009 launch of its Webservice 2.0 and the adoption of AGT by over 30 networks, customers have been able to pool their costs and benefit from an innovative financial and operational management platform. From a financial point of view, the publisher is strengthening its capital base in order to finance its development.

Laurent Dubernais explains: "I'm delighted to be joining AGT. The competence of the teams and the quality of the products have won me over completely. Lionel BOUDOUSSIER and his teams have succeeded in offering advanced budgeting solutions to SMEs for just a few dozen euros a month. Through my association with Lionel, I want to bring these solutions to the market and offer companies tools that were previously reserved for large groups". He adds: "Our strategy is in line with that of the independent distribution market and the General Council market, where we are already the market leader".

 This new strategy, inspired by Laurent Dubernais, is strongly oriented towards product and service development, in particular with the "Réseau et Commerce" suite dedicated to commercial chains. The aim is clearly for AGT to extend its product offering (Budgeting / Reporting / KPI Analysis) to members of existing customer networks, while opening up new sectors.

AGT's flagship solution: the "Network and Commerce" management suite

This collaborative management solution is designed to support company directors in their management tasks. Full web, accessible via a secure web connection, and available at an attractive price whatever the size of the network, the tool provides access to summaries and analyses of the financial and commercial activity of the entire customer network. In addition to reporting, the offer includes a simulation tool (stock rotation, customer/supplier payment deadlines) and a multi-dimensional analysis tool for steering the day-to-day management and development of a sales network, given that movements, openings, closures and other events can occur on an almost daily basis.
