Asterop and AGT announce strategic partnership.
This agreement enables both parties to offer a global BI solution combining predictive analysis, business management and financial orientation, enriched by a cartographic analysis dimension. The ultimate aim of this new partnership is to develop a complete range of solutions.
The two companies are now able to support networks in their development by working on :
- Diagnosis of the distribution network and definition of the target layout
- Monitoring a portfolio of entrepreneurs capable of carrying out projects
- Building the associated business plans
- Implementation of a predictive business model for selected projects
AGT and Asterop will also be offering solutions dedicated to network management and control:
- Business management (analysis of sales, margins, inventory, product mix, basket, performance indicators)
- Financial management (profitability, cash flow forecasts)
- Monitoring and benchmarking competitor outlets
- The design of a predictive business management model, including financial, market, competitive and business data, all available locally thanks to the synergy of AGT and Asterop expertise.
