AGT and RetailDrive merge to create Synergee, Europe's leading provider of cloud solutions for managing and animating sales networks
Mendoise-based AGT (specialized in SaaS solutions for franchised and cooperative networks) and Brussels-based RetailDrive (provider of SaaS solutions for technical, real estate and legal management in the retail sector) have created Synergee, with the ambition of creating the European leader in cloud solutions for managing and animating sales networks.

" We are very enthusiastic about the prospects offered by this merger," says Laurent Dubernais, Chairman of Synergee. " Our customers' businesses are evolving rapidly, in all their forms (franchise, branch, cooperative and associated trade, central purchasing, etc.). Synergee is perfectly positioned to meet all their challenges, thanks to its modular offering" , he adds.
To date, 140 chains representing 35,000 sites use the various Synergee modules. " It's a fantastic opportunity to be able to draw on such a wealth of experience to develop solutions adapted to the management of commercial networks, and thus create even more added value, " emphasizes Daniel Verougstraete, CTO of Synergee.
Synergee has no intention of stopping there. "Our ambition is to kick-start our European development as quickly as possible," continues Laurent Dubernais. An opening in Germany is already planned for the first quarter of 2017, as well as in Italy and the UK, in the first and second half of 2018 respectively. "We want to establish ourselves as European leaders over the next 18 months. We want to take our share of the market quickly, because the need is there," concludes Olivier Rousselle, Head of International Markets at Synergee.
