On June 27, a La Boucherie outlet opened in the food court of the PlaYce Marcory shopping center in Abidjan, C么te d'Ivoire. For the occasion, La Boucherie added 4 local beef dishes to its menu (Beef with okra sauce, Beef with palm seed sauce, Beef with tomato sauce and Beef with eggplant sauce).
A new development model for the grill restaurant franchise
"This new development model on the African continent is the result of our partnership with CFAO, an agreement which enables La Boucherie Group to benefit from the strength of its partner to increase its international presence. international presence and support the emergence of a new class of consumers in Africa", announces the grilled meat franchise (nearly 137 restaurants, including around a hundred franchise in France).
With the "Club de Marques" (a network of international brands that have entrusted their commercial deployment in Africa to CFAO), La Boucherie Group plans to open food-court outlets in shopping centers in eight sub-Saharan African countries over several years: C么te d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Senegal, Congo, Gabon, Ghana, Nigeria and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Taking all countries together, the Group is aiming for 200 establishments by 2018.
