The GEDEX group, France's leading distributor of materials and equipment for construction, renovation, furnishing and decoration, has announced the arrival of seven new outlets at the start of 2014. Six have joined GEDIMAT, including three through new memberships: Aux Docks de Clamart (formerly Tout Faire, sales €13 million), managed by Marie-Laurence Arnout, who last year became vice-president of the FNBM (Fédération du Négoce de Bois et des Matériaux de Construction), and SAT (Société d'Agglomérés de Touraine, sales €8 million), with its two outlets in Joué-lès-Tours and Nouâtre (37).
Two other sales outlets join the brand through takeover: Bohnert Matériaux in Strasbourg (sales €4 million), acquired by GEDIMAT Justin Bleger, and Coverpro in Yvetot (76). The sixth new branch is a creation: Favre d'Anne in Flumet (73), which has taken over the premises formerly occupied by a Samse outlet. Finally, Gedibois announces the addition of Rodez Matériaux.
