The Intersport group has inaugurated a 2,200 m² sales outlet in Essonne. The owner is none other than Bernard Joannin, a long-standing member of the group.
A few months after the opening of the first Intersport in Paris (Rue de Rivoli, 1,800 m²), the work of long-standing member Bernard Joannin, on September 3 he inaugurated a new outlet in Sainte-Geneviève des Bois in the Essonne region of Paris.
Located in the La Croix-Blanche business park, home to a number of major national brands, the latest Intersport store has 2,200 m² of retail space and features all the concept's traditional ranges: running gear, racquet sports, team sports, alpine sports, swimming, cycling, footwear and textile products for the whole family...
A cooperative group with members who own their own stores, Intersport currently has 390 outlets in lowland areas (1,200 to 3,000 m²) and 190 in ski resorts, with a total sales volume of 1.3 billion euros. The company is aiming to open 90 new stores over the next three years, with an expected increase in sales area of around 180,000 m².
