Various themes will be addressed:
- the consequences of integrating AECs into the building permit: the creation of a two-part application file;
- the issuing procedure (new composition of commissions, procedure and deadlines, issuing criteria, etc.);
- litigation (prior appeal to the CNAC, admissible claimants, admissible arguments, etc.);
- the transitional system: the particularly delicate fate of ongoing cases.
The event will be hosted by Isabelle ROBERT-VEDIE, a partner at Simon Associés. The public will be welcomed from 8:30 a.m., with speeches starting at 9:00 a.m. and concluding at around 10:30/11:00 a.m., following questions from the audience.
