La Mie Câline sets its sights on gourmet delights
A little history...
La Mie Câline has chosen to support skipper Arnaud Boissières in the 8th Vendée Globe. On November 6, La Mie Câline will embark alongside Arnaud in this legendary solo, non-stop, non-assisted round-the-world race.
Because it takes courage and strength to rise to such a challenge, La Mie Câline also mustered its energy and, above all, its taste buds to imagine THE Arnaud sandwich. This generous sandwich, created in collaboration with Arnaud Boissières and his team, is a real nod to the Vendée Globe.

4 teams of La Mie Câline employees took part in the "Globe-Croqueurs " competition organized last June, in the style of a culinary entertainment show.
With their choice of raw materials, weighing of ingredients and live economic analysis, the participants were in real-life conditions to create their recipes... The jury, made up of Arnaud Boissières and his team, discovered the 8 sandwiches pre-selected by the competitors themselves, and finally selected just one recipe... Arnaud's sandwich!
What is this recipe?
Arnaud's sandwich features a burger bun, Espelette pepper sauce, chorizo, sheep's milk tomme, tomato confit and salad, and is sure to delight the taste buds of many.
From October 15, this recipe will be available in all La Mie Câline stores.
