Founded 15 years ago, the network specializing in temporary employment recorded 12% growth last year. Interview with Laurence Pottier-Caudron, president and founder of Temporis.

A temporary employment and recruitment network organized in the form of a franchise, Temporis comprises 135 agencies and recorded sales of 250 million euros in 2015, up 12% year-on-year - compared with a market average of around +5%."In this market, which represents over 16 billion euros in sales, we have just passed the 1% market share mark," explains Laurence Pottier-Caudron, president and founder of Temporis.

Network strategy

Encouraged by these results, the company has a number of ambitions for 2016. Starting with continued expansion, as its president assures us: "This year, we should open 18 new branches ".

At the same time, Temporis is launching a new offering, Temporis Spécialités, aimed at the entire inner-city area of Paris. We have a good territorial network," explains Laurence Pottier-Caudron, "but we must continue to improve it in the Paris region. Temporis is therefore particularly keen to strengthen its presence around the capital.
