French brands Cuisinella and Schmidt have just been voted "Customer Service of the Year 2016".

For many years, these two French brands have made listening to their customers and the quality of their customer relations a top priority. An effort rewarded today by the "Customer Service of the Year 2016" award.

The purpose of this election, which will soon be celebrating its 20th anniversary, is to test the quality of customer services provided by French companies.

After 10 weeks of auditing and 225 customer tests carried out by mystery shoppers in real-life conditions (calls, emails, information searches on the Internet, contacts via social networks), Cuisinella and Schmidt achieved a score of 15.02/20. This is well above the score required to qualify for an award (11.5/20).

Cuisinella and Schmidt, in their first participation in this award, win the title in the "Home Furnishings" category. This prestigious award confirms the two companies' commitment to constantly improving their Quality approach.

To set up a Schmidt franchise, you need a personal contribution of €70,000.
