It's a safe bet that many of the mobile crane users on Montreal's construction sites are clients of Frédéric Gilbert and Fasken. Along with franchising and general commercial litigation, these are the areas of practice of this litigation champion who, in 20 years, has won every title.
An advocate of inclusion in his early forties, this litigator has just been inducted into the International Litigation Hall of Fame as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the two youngest in Quebec to be so recognized by his peers. His name is regularly mentioned in the publications of Best Lawyers, L'EXPERT and Lawyer of the Year, as was the case with the Association du Franchisage du Québec, which named him "Lawyer of the Year", uncommon recommendations and mentions.
