The first Trophées de la performance de la Fédération du Commerce Associé, held last night, honored ORPI in the " Communication grand public " category. This is the 4th prize for the "ORPI dit : les solutions immobilières" (ORPI says: real estate solutions) campaign, which has been rolled out on TV, radio, billboards and the web, and whose second wave has just been completed.

A successful campaign

Launched for the first time this year, the FCA Performance Trophies recognize the work of associated trade networks in several areas: consumer communications, cross-channel policy, outlet concept, economic performance and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
The consumer communications trophy was awarded to a marketing communications operation aimed at the general public that was original, relevant and effective.

"It's a great source of pride for the ORPI network that the campaign has been awarded this trophy. With this advertising saga, launched in March 2014 and continued in September with 6 new spots, we aimed to create a break and thus attract viewers' attention. We're delighted to see that our approach has also been appreciated and recognized by professionals in the associated trade ," comments Bernard Cadeau, President of the ORPI network.

A new tone for real estate

Conceived by the Les Gaulois agency, the campaign cultivates an offbeat, slightly provocative sense of humor that breaks with the codes customary in real estate communications.

The campaign also stands out on television: sober, visually reduced to its simplest form, it stands out and creates astonishment. ORPI also stands out for a positioning that looks beyond real estate issues: the network speaks not only as a housing expert, but also as a companion at key moments in customers' lives, providing each with personalized real estate solutions.
