Your role will be to :

By joining the Customer Success team, you will be trained on our tool and become a key element at the heart of our customer relations. You'll be able to support them in the operational use of our solution, and provide feedback.

  • Being responsible for customer success, your main action will be to support and retain customers to ensure satisfaction andadoption of the Synergeesolution.

Your duties will include :

  • Respond to customer requests from our ticketing tool,
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying irritants that customers may encounter, without escalating them to Synergee,
  • Train customers in our solutions to help them become more efficient in their day-to-day work,
  • Drive new customer use cases and functionalities to generate cross-sell opportunities for the sales team.
