Synergee is a SaaS business software publisher (real estate management and franchise management) offering a management and animation solution for commercial networks. We are Europe's leading provider of cloud-based solutions for managing and coordinating sales networks. 250 customers representing 45,000 sites in 120 countries are already using our solutions.
YOUR MISSION: SUPPORT AND OPTIMIZE THE PRODUCT ROADMAP
You will be responsible for identifying market and customer needs, and ensuring that the products and offers developed by the company are consistent with these needs. You will monitor the competition and support commercial launches:
Establishment and coordination of the product roadmap (creation, prioritization and planning of the features backlog)
- Develop a product or service offering in terms of functionality and positioning (customer target, product roadmap, pricing, business plan, communication, distribution).
- Translate product developments into terms that can be used by the R&D team
- Monitor sales trends to modify product strategy
- Identify ways of improving the offering by integrating innovative solutions
Organization of implementation and deployment of new product components identified
- Accompany the sales launch and provide technical and commercial support to the sales and marketing team
- Providing training around the offer
- Setting up technology partnerships
YOUR PROFILE: CUSTOMER SUCCESS-ORIENTED PRODUCT MANAGER
- Training: engineering school or university with marketing/product sensibility, but experience will be a priority
- Experience :
- Minimum 5 years' experience
- Specialized in: legal, technical and/or retail real estate
- Software universe(SaaS, PaaS, Cloud, BtoB)
- Project or product development management
- Empathy and ability to listen, organize, analyze and communicate
- Pro-activity, curiosity, organization, rigor and creativity are your watchwords.
