The IAE Lyon is launching a new course, unique in France, in partnership with CCI Lyon, and supported by the FFF and Franchise Management. It aims to train future animators and developers in the latest methods and technologies. The majority of lecturers are qualified industry experts.
Who are we? On completion of their 2-year degree, students are trained in the specific skills required to run and develop retail networks, such as cross-functional management, sales promotion, financial engineering, concept development and formalization of the network head's know-how.
When? 2 years under a professional training contract from September 2016 to September 2018 , alternating between :
- 1 week of training, 2 weeks at the company in the 1st year
- 1 week of training, 3 weeks on the job in 2nd year
What assignments? In the first year, you can entrust your apprentice with all the tasks of a network coordinator, with increasing autonomy. In the 2nd year, he or she can contribute to the development of your network.
What's the commitment? A 2-year professionalization contract with an average gross salary of 80% of the minimum wage for a young person under 26.
