Bernard Cadeau, 57, has just been re-elected to head the ORPI network for another three-year term. After three terms of office marked by progress, Bernard Cadeau has once again been acclaimed by ORPI associates for his ability to support the network's 5,000 employees in a sensitive economic climate.
Bernard Cadeau holds a master's degree in business law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. He opened his first real estate agency in Gournay in 1979, followed by a second in Maison-Alfort in 1983. He quickly climbed the ranks within the ORPI network, becoming president of GIE(Groupement d'intérêt économique), before founding ORPI Gestion. A member of ORPI's Management Board since 1999, he became Chairman in 2006. He has held this position ever since, with the constant ambition of serving the best interests of the network and its associates.
After nine years with ORPI, Bernard Cadeau confirms his determination to pursue the projects undertaken to lead the network ever further along the road to success. For this 4th mandate, the new team has set itself a number of objectives:
- Continuing the work already accomplished: maintain and develop the network's leading position by building loyalty among branches and advisors and strengthening the network's territorial coverage;
- become France's favourite real estate brand
- increase sales outlet productivity
- develop property management, commercial and corporate services.
