During this morning session, three networked trade professionals will answer these questions:

- How can you optimize purchasing management in your network? What tools should you use? How to control member/supplier flows? How to guarantee payment to suppliers (Ducroire agreement)
- How can the plant earn a return? How can new sources of profit be created?
- How to finance working capital requirements?
