I'm pleased to announce that Aboubakr has just won a double French championship title in PANCRACE and GRAPPLING with the Fédération Sportive et Gymnique du Travail (FSGT).
Grappling is a combat sport akin to a form of wrestling. The aim is to catch, hold and control your opponent after a possible throw, then try to make him give up without using a single blow. Pancracing, on the other hand, is a complete combat sport, combining forms of wrestling and foot-fist striking.
