Archireport and SYNERGEE have decided to collaborate on the interfacing of their respective solutions, to make daily life easier for construction managers and project managers.

When opening or converting a sales outlet, work is required to adapt the premises to the brand's standards and latest concept. For this, SYNERGEE offers dedicated software that enablesindustrialization of processes, collaboration with service providers and financial management.

PROJECT PHASE: After creating your project in SYNERGEE, including all key information(budget, key dates, etc.), select the service providers who will take part in thecall for tenders for each lot, sharing the information needed to draw up the proposals (Plan, Specifications, CCTP). Receive quotations and sign contracts with the selected suppliers. Monitor the status of orders and additional services.

WORK PHASE: Work begins and site meetings follow one another. Archireport covers all these stages by recording remarks and reservations on site, directly via your mobile or tablet. Once reservations have been lifted in the Archireport application and the worksite has been handed over, you can manage invoicing directly via the SYNERGEE platform. Compared to the traditional notepad and pencil method, this interface will save users between 45' and 1 hour per site report, as well as sharing key information in real time. Archireport users enter comments and draw on photos and plans, directly on their tablet. There's no need to copy notes back to WORD in the evening, as documents are distributed in PDF format as soon as the site meeting is over.

By the end of 2018, our aim is to provide our customers with a direct interface between Archireport and SYNERGEE, enabling them to retrieve project data from Archireport and archive site meeting minutes in SYNERGEE within the corresponding works project.
