Communication rights and obligations
within a franchise network

The franchise industry in Quebec is currently experiencing a surprising boom. Over the next few years, franchisors will be increasingly confronted with franchisees' growing demands for information on the network's performance and the innovations envisaged to support its viability, while at the same time they will have to put in place the appropriate communication tools to achieve this.

You are invited to come and share with other Quebec and Canadian franchisors what you consider to be "best practices" in franchise network communications.
The round table will cover topics such as

- Network communication tools and frequency of use

- Reliable performance indicators and benchmarking tools

- Communicating innovation and expansion strategies

- Advisory committees and the role of franchisees on them
