From October 14, La Mie Câline is featuring 4 new quiche recipes. Simple yet delicious, they're sure to win over young and old alike.

A quiche yes, but... on a 100% pure butter puff pastry, melting, generous, made with carefully chosen ingredients and preserved whole for optimum respect of flavors... A quiche like at home in short!

4 simple, gourmet recipes:

Lorraine: An authentic recipe: eggs, cream, Emmental cheese and bacon on 100% pure butter puff pastry.

Chorizo chèvre: A recipe with a southern accent on 100% pure butter puff pastry: eggs, cream, chorizo, goat's cheese, cherry tomatoes and a hint of basil. Enhanced by a hint of greenery.

Tuna and tomato: A fresh, gourmet recipe on 100% pure butter puff pastry: eggs, cream, tuna, tomatoes, fromage frais, Emmental cheese and a touch of chives.

Mushroom and leek chicken: A seasonal recipe on 100% pure butter puff pastry: cream, chicken, mushrooms, leeks and a touch of shallots.
