expected in the long term

"For us at Orpi, both culturally and genetically, it's only natural for professionals to come together," continues Bernard Cadeau. Our cooperative model has been based on this principle for almost 50 years. (...) We are therefore excited about the arrival of this new service, which we have worked hard to develop and which we will contribute to on a daily basis." If all professionals play along, he estimates that Bien'ici should eventually host "nearly 1.4 million listings."

For the franchise network Guy Hoquet l’immobilier (480 agencies and business offices throughout France), "the arrival of this new platform (...) is a landmark step in the evolution of the relationship between clients and real estate professionals. (...) With Bien'ici, the profession is taking back control of its destiny and moving towards greater simplicity, greater personalization, and greater commitment to the customer. It is up to professionals to translate this into their business practices to make us more than just intermediaries, but "architects of real estate solutions."

"Networks have (...) everything to gain by sticking together, faced with the multitude of real estate ad portals that do not work in the interests of independent professionals or franchises or networks (...) , " emphasizes François Gagnon, President of the Era Immobilier network (more than 380 franchised agencies in France). For him , it was "urgent to change attitudes." "This event is historic, because for the first time, all professionals have come together to make this project a reality," he concludes.
