Bien Ici

A new real estate search site was officially launched on December 7 at www.bienici.com. What makes it special: "All real estate professionals, developers, unions, cooperative networks and franchises have decided to join forces and aggregate their listings of new and existing properties for sale and rent (...). It's historic!" writes Bernard Cadeau, President of thecooperative network Orpi (over 1,200 member agencies ).

"Nearly 1.4 million ads".
expected

For us at Orpi, both culturally and genetically, getting together with other professionals is a matter of course," continues Bernard Cadeau. Our cooperative model has been based on this principle for almost 50 years (...) So we're very excited about the arrival of this new service, which we've worked hard to develop, and which we'll be helping to nurture on a daily basis". If all the professionals get on board, he estimates, Bien'ici should eventually host "nearly 1.4 million ads".

For the franchise network Guy Hoquet l'immobilier (480 agencies and business offices throughout France), "the arrival of this new platform (...) is an emblematic step in the evolution of the relationship between customers and real estate professionals. With its innovative features for property searches by private individuals, the site will also contribute to the evolution of the realestate agent's profession".

A "historic" event
for professionals

Finally, with Bien'ici, we have achieved a joint action by the real estate players to serve the customer: the exhaustiveness of the offer on a single site!" comments Fabrice Abraham, Managing Director of Guy Hoquet. (...) With Bien'ici, the profession is taking its destiny into its own hands and moving towards greater simplicity, greater personalization and greater commitment to the customer. It's up to professionals to translate this into their business practices, to make us more than just intermediaries, but 'architects of real estate solutions'".

Networks have (...) everything to gain by sticking together, in the face of the multitude of real estate ad portals that do not work in the interests of independent professionals, franchises or networks (...)," also emphasizes François Gagnon, President of the Era Real Estate (over 380 franchised agencies in France). This event is historic, because for the first time all the professionals have come together to make this project a reality", he concludes.
